The house has 3 floors. 1st floor - entrance and hallway, 1 bathroom and 3 bedrooms 2nd floor - living room, kitchen and 1 bathroom, laundry room, balcony 3rd floor - attic living room and exit to roof terrace The roof terrace is about 30 square meters with gas grill, parasol, sofa group and dining table for 10 people. Perfect for enjoying the summer.
