Tiny house, max. 4 people - heated pool and gym

A tiny house, 30m2, with 1 bedroom, open plan lounge/kitchen and one bathroom with shower. Max 4 people Access to heated "endless" pool and gym by booking - 1h per booked night included in the price plus shared garden space. The bedroom has 2 single beds 80x200cm The bedsofa opens up to a bed 140x200cm. The host lives in the main house opposite the tiny house. Near to E6, nature reserves, lakes and beaches. The space Our little house is new and we have tried to reach a calm, airy and open feel in the layout. We strive to always have a nice, tidy, welcoming patio, but unfortunately we can not control what weather it is before or while you are here as our guest and how it has affected the surroundings or the feeling. The TV is a Smart TV and you have access to our netflix. The two smaller windows have mosquito nets on them so that you can sleep with the window opened. Board games, children's books and toys can be provided. The hosts have a all year around pool that you share with them. It is covered when not in use and must be booked in advance, 1 hour / booked day is included in the price. The pool has jets you swim against (like an endless pool) or you can use a swimming belt (available to borrow). Swimming equipment, such as floats, swimming paddles can be borrowed. During the summer, the temperature is kept around 28C. At the other end of the pool you have hydro-massage jets. In the garden there is a fireplace, this is shared with the host and other guests. Behind the property there is a public playground with slide and swings etc. During the day, this can cause some noise from the slide. There are no gates to the surrounding roads so guests are responsible for their own children during their stay. Guest access You have access to much of the garden. The open fire area is shared. You have the corner sofa opposite the accommodation, that space plus the white table. Everything else is shared. 1hour use of the pool per booked day, 1 hour in the gym (both booked in advance). The public playground is diagonally behind the accommodation and is easy to get to. On the plot there is space for parking of 1 car. Parking is on the right when you enter the driveway. If a guest arrives with 2 cars, there is extra free parking along the street not too far away. The bus stop for taking the bus to Falkenberg and Halmstad is just outside the site. Other things to note Each guest is responsible for cleaning up after themselves. Cleaning by the host at the end of the visit can be booked at a rate of 800SEK additional cost.
