Bwlch Cottage

Bwlch cottage is located in the village of "pant glas" It is a cosy stone built cottage, in a countryside location. Its central location is perfect for all that the area has to offer. To the front of the cottage is the popular "llyn peninsula", with its many beaches and seaside towns. To the rear of the cottage is the "snowdonia national park" and all its popular attractions. Caernarfon is 12 miles and Porthmadog is 10 miles criccieth is 7 miles The space there is a double bed for couples or a large sofa that can be used for two friends travelling together( one sleeps on sofa one in the double) max 2 guests or 2 parents with a child bwlch is an open plan studio style bungalow with traditional exposed beams and stone fireplace the main room is a lounge/kitchen/bedroom with electric wall heater and large comfy sofa and comfy double bed. there is a wood burning stove also. there is a separate toilet/shower room. outside is has a front and rear fully secure garden with high fencing and totally secure if you have a dog Guest access bwlch cottage is a semi detached building in its own gardens, and the whole space is all for your sole use Other things to note Bwlch Cottage is located on the main a487 valley pass The cottage is heated by electric wall heaters and a log burner the electric heaters are set on a timer to keep at steady temperature oct to march. additional heat is by the log burning stove if required some logs and wood are supplied but we ask you leave a contribution in the honesty jar in the cottage due to the small layout and the fact the fire detection system is an audible only, the cottage may not be suited to persons with disabilities parking is across the road in side road layby (25 metres) you can park directly outside to unload. do not park in front of any of the farmers gates, as they are in constant use
