Our cozy and colorful retreat, is just off Hwy 63 and near Boone County fairgrounds, offers the best of both worlds with a peaceful getaway while still being just minutes away from central Columbia's excitement. The short drive will reach the colleges and university and all of their activities and events. With comfortable furnishings, 4k televisions, and high-speed internet, our home provides a comfortable and relaxing stay. This duplex home is ideal for families, friends and contract workers. This means that water pools in the yards from time to time. No refunds will be given for water in the grass. Of course if the water keeps you from staying in the home (unable to access the home)a refund will be given. This has never happened but want to disclose just in case. Our home is monitored by a ring doorbell and camera and records video and audio during your entire stay. Only registered guests are allowed to stay. Any violation is cause for immediate removal.
