The space Characteristic renovated loft (open space) housed in an ancient building in the stone hamlet of Verziliani: from here you can see the sea, the hills of Scansano, the entire coastline facing the Argentario as far as the island of Giglio. The property was most likely a stopover outpost for the Knights Templar (12th-13th centuries) due to the presence of inscriptions engraved in the stone of the portal bearing the Order's seal. The sleeping area consists of a 190x160cm double bed-sofa with a thick mattress + an extra 7 cm topper ready and simply to unfold. The kitchen area is equipped with a four-burner induction hob, kettle, juicer, fridge, expandable table, TV, mocha and all the necessary cooking utensils and basic condiments. The bathroom has a large shower cubicle, washing machine, hairdryer, towel warmer and dispenser of all soaps. This little gem features original wooden beams and a beautiful travertine floor. The furnishings have been chosen to blend in perfectly with the rustic Tuscan style, without lacking a touch of design and modernity. The loft has no private outdoor spaces. Guest access Guest access is permitted in all areas of the flat. Other things to note Our aim is to offer quality hospitality without giving up on being eco-friendly: at "La Petite Maison" you will find biodegradable or environmentally friendly washing and cleaning products, dispensers are filled and never thrown away and we do not use batteries or disposable batteries. The water from the taps is drinkable and delicious and we ask you never to waste it; we actively promote the abolition of plastic and disposables.
