Set in the most scenic part of the village, this haven of tranquillity and charm is nestled amongst the picturesque hills of the Maremma, ideally situated for visiting the Terme di Saturnia and all the local attractions, even by e-bike: perfect for a short or long wellness break, enjoyed at your own pace and with whoever you choose, where fresh air, peace and quiet, nature and sport play the leading roles. The space A newly renovated two-storey house in the ancient and picturesque stone hamlet of Verziliani, offering views of the sea, the hills of Scansano, the entire coastline stretching from the Argentario to the Island of Giglio and beyond on clear days. The property is equipped with all modern conveniences: air conditioning with a heat pump in every room, a safe, enclosed fireplace with ventilation on both floors, and a large heat pump water heater. Downstairs there is an entrance hall with an open wardrobe, a kitchen with a four-ring hob, a spacious fridge and dishwasher, pots and pans, crockery, various utensils, moka pots of various sizes, a kettle, condiments, spices, sugar, coffee and everything you need. Here you will also find the dining area, a lounge with a two-seater sofa bed, a fireplace and a TV, and a small laundry room with a guest bathroom. The comfortable stairs lead to the first floor where there are two double bedrooms, a long balcony and the bathroom, which is equipped with a large shower cubicle, a designer washbasin, a hairdryer, a heated towel rail and soap dispensers. THERE ARE NO BIDETS IN THE HOUSE, but there is a practical hand-held shower with a mixer tap next to the toilet. The furnishings have been chosen to blend perfectly with the rustic Tuscan style, whilst adding a touch of design and modernity. The property does not currently have a private outdoor area. Guest access Guest access is permitted in all areas of the flat. Other things to note Our aim is to offer high-quality hospitality without compromising on environmental sustainability: all Tuscany Maremma Saturnia's accommodations use biodegradable or low-impact cleaning products; dispensers are refilled rather than thrown away; and we do not use disposable batteries. We therefore ask that you do not throw away empty dispensers or used batteries. The tap water is drinkable and delicious, and we ask you never to waste it; It is to limit the waste of water and, above all, of bleach and other highly polluting or aggressive chemicals that we have dismissed white bed sheets and towels, favouring neutral and natural colours that require neither bleaching nor very high temperatures to remove stains, and we guarantee their bacterial safety solely by using harmless disinfectants.
