Please read all details. Unique & peaceful getaway with your own private space w/ laundry, kitchenette, bathroom, 2 bedrooms, game room, & living room. We live on main level of the home. You get full basement to yourself with 2 queens, a Divan, a rollout twin, & a couch, making this area able for 7 people to sleep (if a guest sleeps on couch), plus pack 'n play. Enjoy pool, foosball, or board games/puzzles in your down time, or relax in the comfortable living area before a good nights sleep. The space Please know that we live upstairs so you may hear us walking around from time to time. For cooking, who needs a stand up stove when you have a crockpot, an instapot, a griddle, a double burner induction stove, and a microwave with both a convection oven AND an air fryer setting plus a frig . We’ve got you covered. Note: Please read the ‘other details’ section about our no smoking policy. Also- in the description, there isn’t a clear way to describe our unique property. There are no shared spaces and you get the entire basement to yourself, but it’s a shared house with us living on the main floor. Please note this before booking a perceived ‘entire house’ with no one living upstairs. Read all the description details please. Guest access Guests will park on the circle drive in front of the home and enter the garage. You will enter the right garage door and go down the stairs into the private basement apartment. The homeowners live on the main level and use the garage as a shared way of entry. Other things to note No outside guests who are not booked. Thank you. ALSO—— there is absolutely NO SMOKING of any kind, including e-cigarettes in or near this property and a $500 fee will be charged. We do have live cameras on the exterior of our home, so please comply. There is a camera off of the garage as well as above our porch. if you are a smoker, this property is not for you. We have a severe asthmatic family member and we CANNOT have any smoke residue in the linens, walls, duct work, curtains, furniture, etc. If you are a smoker, we charge $500 as a security deposit to clean all of the area. Smokers need to smoke OFF our property and will be also liable if any hospital bills are incurred due to the residue from your clothes that can be detected. We don’t apologize for being so strict about this policy. It’s for the safety of this family member and we appreciate your respect of this matter.
