Willow Lodge is surrounded by nature in a peaceful countryside setting, so occasional wildlife, insects, and natural elements may be found around the outdoor Jacuzzi. If you have any issues during your stay, please message us and we’ll do our best to help as soon as possible The space The property itself is fully furnished and offers a kitchen/lounge/dining area, with all the home comforts to make your stay relaxing. The kitchen has all the necessary appliances and utensils to allow you to be totally self-contained. included is a fridge, induction stove, toaster, kettle, microwave, and further utensils include TV . The sitting room/lounge has a charming country feel providing a cosy space to unwind. There is the a double bedroom and shower room with power shower, outside is a large patio and decking area to sit and enjoy breakfast or a BBQ while taking in the tranquil surroundings. (coal or wood is an extra 5.00 per stay, to be paid to the owner. There are a number of tables and chairs, sun loungers to use. Two bike racks are supplied for storage of your own bikes, for those who love cycling. For added luxury there is the option of a covered Jacuzzi to enjoy while taking in the starry skies. If you wish to use the Jacuzzi during your stay an extra 15.00 per day fee (to be paid to owners on arrival or bank transfer) This is to cover the electric and water cost. This to be paid by bank transfer on the day of arrival. Within a 5 minute walk you can reach the village of Fenny Compton, where there are two pubs and a local shop. The one pub called the Wharf is situated on the Oxford and Banbury Canal which is a 3 minute walk from the lodge, it serves food and accommodates dogs. Close by, are the stunning Burton Dassett Hills which offer incredible countryside views and an ideal getaway for those looking for great walks. The nearby Oxford Canal provides an opportunity to watch the narrowboats go by and is right on the doorstep of the lodge. For those who want to mix up the tranquillity with some exploring or activities, there is something for everyone. From shopping in Royal Leamington spa and castle visits in Warwick, to boat trips on the river Avon and walks in the Cotswolds, filling your days is easily achieved. During the summer season, Farnborough Hall, a National Trust property, located a little over 2.5 miles away. A 10 minute drive from the lodge gets you to the edge of the Cotswolds, a region known for its natural beauty. Willow Lodge gives you the opportunity to escape from the hustle and bustle of life and to relax in this beautiful self-contained lodge.
