The space This is a single-story townhouse with a private parking space for one car. In front of the house, we provide bicycles for you and your friends to use at just 10 baht per 30 minutes — you can ride and park at any designated spot around Chiang Mai without needing to return to the same place. There’s a marble table on the lush green lawn next to the house where you can sit and relax. We also have two lime trees planted there — feel free to pick and enjoy the fruits or use them in your cooking. Inside, there are two bedrooms: one master bedroom and one smaller bedroom. The master bedroom has a queen-sized bed, air-conditioning, bedside lamps, clothes hangers, and towels. The smaller bedroom has a 3.5-foot single bed, also with air-conditioning, clothes hangers, and towels. There’s one bathroom equipped with a water heater, soap, and shampoo. The living room has a sofa, a work desk, air-conditioning, and a 32” TV with Netflix. At the back of the house, you’ll find a washing machine, and a small dining space. There’s a compact kitchen with utensils, a microwave, refrigerator, drinking glasses, rice cooker, blender, electric stove, and pots — everything you need for simple meals. All you need to bring is your suitcase — we’ve got the rest covered. The best value you can find for a group of three travelers! For long-term stays, we offer discounts of up to 30%. And if you change your mind during your stay, you’re welcome to shorten your booking anytime — you only pay for the nights you actually stay. Most importantly, our home offers great flexibility with your booking — you can book and cancel anytime as you wish. Since our home is fully equipped and ready to serve you, with a wide range of electrical appliances for your convenience, we have set daily quotas for electricity and water usage as follows: You will receive a daily free quota of 26 unit of electricity and 3 unit of water. If consumption exceeds this quota, it will be considered an additional service, and will be charged at Electricity: 6 THB per unit Water: 22 THB per unit For longer stays, we provide complimentary housekeeping and change the bed linens every week. In addition, guests who help us save electricity will receive a refund of the difference based on actual usage. If you have any questions regarding water or electricity consumption, please feel free to ask. Guest access Guests have full access to all areas of the house and are welcome to utilize the provided amenities. The only exception is the shelving unit located at the far back of the house, which is designated for storing cleaning and home maintenance supplies. Other things to note A cleaning fee of 2,000 baht will be charged for guests with service animals. No smoking or vaping inside the house. A fine of 2,000 THB will be charged for violations.
