The Coach House is a quaint holiday home with a bounty of unique features, in a peaceful setting surrounded by nature and the sounds of wildlife. Located on Coopers Hill, near the village of Brockworth, this cosy property is perfect for a quiet getaway with loved ones. The space The Coach House is a renovated period Cotswold cottage which sleeps six guests, in three spacious bedrooms, with two bathrooms. Dating back to the mid-18th century, this former coach house's modern rustic design emphasises the property's impressive original features, with stunning stone archways clearly defining the living spaces, whilst providing an open plan feel. Outside you are submersed in nature with little disturbance to the original surroundings; there are wonderful wildflowers, ferns and native trees, it is a wildlife lovers paradise. On a clear day, take a picnic and take the path to The Lodge Field, it is one of the most outstanding views in the Cotswolds and all yours to enjoy. Accommodation This three bedroom holiday cottage on Coopers Hill, just outside of Brockworth, is perfectly suited for those looking for a quiet relaxing time away in nature. The dog friendly Cotswold accommodation is laid out as follows: Ground Floor Sitting room Three two-seater sofas, two window seats, chair with footstool, pouffe, log burner and Smart TV with Chromecast Dining room Located in the conservatory, there is a dining table and seating for six, with an external door to the boot room Kitchen Modern kitchen with dishwasher, oven, induction hob, microwave, fridge/freezer, kettle, toaster and cafetière Utility room/cloakroom Washing machine, drying rack, iron, ironing board, loo and basin Master bedroom with ensuite(Sleeps 2) King size bed, freestanding wardrobe, dressing table with mirror and stool, chair, hairdryer and towel rail Ensuite with walk-in rain shower with separate shower attachment, loo and basin Family bathroom Walk-in rain shower with separate shower attachment, bath with overhead shower, loo, mirror and basin First Floor Bedroom 2 (Sleeps 2) King size bed, freestanding wardrobe, side table, three chairs and two-seater sofa Bedroom 3 (Sleeps 2) Two single beds, chest of drawers, display fireplace, mirror, hanging hooks, two armchairs, side table and chair Outside Set on three levels with a patio and outdoor table with seating for six, lawn and footpaths leading onto adjoining fields Guest access Guest access details will be provided in the welcome letter. Other things to note The maximum occupancy for this property is 6 guests. Infants do not count towards the occupancy figure, however, due to space restrictions the occupancy can only be exceeded by 2 additional infants (aged 2 or under) Bed linen and towels are provided (duvets and pillows are hypoallergenic) Off street parking is available for up to 2 cars 1 travel cot and 1 highchair are available on request (please bring your own linen for the travel cot, as this is not provided) 2 dogs and 2 cats are welcome for an additional £40 per booking per pet.
