The space This building has 8 separate apartments. Each apartment is laid out on two floors, the first floor is the living room and kitchen and on the 2nd floor is the bedroom and bathroom. The shared laundry room is located in the basement. Each apartment has a private entrance and is not shared with other guests. The bedroom has a premium queen-size bed with quality bed linens and an airconditioning to ensure a good night's sleep. The entire apartment is 506 sq ft. * One full bathroom with a bathtub supplied with essential toiletries and a hairdryer. * A comfortable couch to relax while watching your favorite shows and movies. * The 55 inch TV has all broadcast TV stations and an extensive selection of cable TV sports and entertainment offered. * Fully equipped kitchen with a stove, oven, dishwasher, full-sized fridge, microwave, toaster, drip coffee maker (filters, coffee, creamer, and sweeteners provided!), dishes/silverware, cooking basics, and pots/pans for you to use during your stay. * One reserved, off-street parking space is included * Smart locks with customized codes are used for apartment access * There is a shared laundry room in the basement. To access the basement use the exterior stairs next to apartment 8 in the back of the building. Laundry is available for use before 11 AM and after 5 PM during your stay. The machines are free (not coin-operated), and there are detergents available to use. * We have security cameras on the property, monitoring the exterior of the property, no cameras inside the unit. For purposes of sleeping for extra guest, the couch in the living room is not a pull out and only 1 person can fit. We can provide a blow-up mattress and linens upon request. Note: This apartment bedroom is facing/near the street and there may be street noise at night. For light sleepers, we provide earplugs to help with the noise.
