We don't mind children but we want to make sure you and your family have a comfortable stay. Some items you can borrow are a pack n play, high chair, baby bathtub and a stroller. Other things to note OCCUPANCY: 2 guests will be most comfortable here, however, 3 people can fit. If you want to book for 3 persons, you must disclose this when you book. There is an extra charge of $25/per night for the 3rd guest. PARKING: Street parking available. Pay attention to street sweeping signs (Tuesday or Wednesday mornings) if you are bringing a vehicle. Let us know if you need help finding parking HOUSE RULES: No parties Quiet hours 10pm-7am ABSOLUTELY NO SMOKING OF ANYTHING INSIDE OR ON THE PROPERTY ABSOLUTELY NO CHARGING OF EV VEHICLES ON THE PROPERTY PETS: Only small, mature dogs under 20 pounds allowed.
