You will be close to everything when you stay at this centrally-located home in St. Paul. Only 2 blocks away from Macalester College and within walking distance to numerous bars, restaurants and shops. Roots Roasting coffee shop is less than a block away. The space This 3 bdr 3 bath bungalow has been updated and has a bedroom and a bath on each floor so everyone can have their own floor. The bedrooms all have high-end mattresses (purple 3, purple 4 and Helix) so you will be able to sleep well! The leather sofas are comfortable and we have two different TV locations (living room and man cave) with Smart TVs that include UTubeTV so that you will be able to watch all the regular channels. The kitchen is fully stocked. There is a fenced in backyard with a pergola and a bbq grill. There are two uncovered parking spaces in the back and plenty of street parking in the front. There is also a washer and dryer located in the basement for your use. Guest access You will have the entire house and backyard.
