Located in heart of the stunning Pewsey Vale in the idyllic village of Marden within walking distance of the much-loved Millstream Pub, with wonderful walks and cycle routes from your doorstep and within easy reach of local sights including Stonehenge, The Alton Barnes White Horse and Avebury Stone Circle. Two bedrooms with two bathrooms, fully fitted kitchen, dining area for four and cosy sitting room. Well behaved dogs are welcome. We can provide a secure location for bicycles. Fibre optic Wifi. The Space A lovely retreat and the ideal base for both couples and families to explore the wonderful Pewsey Vale with all it has to offer. The Niven Cottage is attached to the main house, with its own separate entrance and plenty of space for parking. On the ground floor, a lovely and bright kitchen is equipped with all the modern amenities you will need for your stay including a hob, double oven, large fridge freezer, microwave, kettle, Dualit toaster, Nespresso Machine, dishwasher and washing machine. A dining table sits 4. We offer complimentary tea, coffee, a limited number of Nespresso pods and a wide range of herbal teas. You’ll also find all the basics like salt & pepper, sugar herbs and olive oil. Upstairs, the cosy sitting room is the perfect place to relax with a comfy 3-seater sofa and Smart TV where you will be able to log into any of your streaming accounts. Excellent fibre optic Wifi makes for fast downloading – and good access to the internet during your stay. The Master bedroom has a King Size bed with all season duvet. Its en-suite bathroom features a large, walk in shower with complimentary amenities. Both have stunning views over the walled gardens below. The twin bedroom has two single beds, with its own bathroom next door featuring a bath with stand-up shower. Other things to note: The parking area is located around 50m from the cottage, but there is access to drive up and unload. We request that you bring a maximum of two dogs with you for your stay and that they are kept on leads. If you would like to bring more please contact us ahead to enquire. We can provide lockable bike storage. Guest access You'll have access to the entire cottage for the duration of your stay. It is attached to the main house, where your host family live.
