Smetova - The Blue Door House

Relax in this quiet and elegant space. This is a house with history. Built in 1600, it is one of the oldest houses in the beautiful village of Šempas. It is located in the old village center, where the houses are in narrow streets and where you can feel the real rural atmosphere. The village of Šempas lies in the heart of the Vipava Valley, known for its excellent wines. A starting point for many recreational activities. In less than an hour's drive, you can visit the coast, go rafting on the Soča River, skiing on Kanin, or take a trip to Ljubljana or Venice. The space The floors are wooden in the old style, without panels. On an area of 110m2, it offers a well-equipped kitchen (microwave, coffee machine, induction hob, dishwasher), a dining room with a bar and a dining table, a bathroom, a living room with a TV, an anteroom, a terrace and two bedrooms. The bedroom on the first floor has a comfortable double bed of 160x200cm and a single bed of 90x200cm. The bedroom on the second floor has two single beds 90x200cm. The house also offers free wi-fi and 3 air conditioners. Guest access The entire house has just been renovated in a traditional farmhouse style with modern details and amenities. The space is completely yours and you will have complete privacy. The parking space is in front of the house. An additional parking space is located 200 m from the house, in a safe place, in front of the house where we live.
