In spite of proximity to the beach and associated party places, area is covered with coconut grove and ample vegetation offering a peaceful environment. Be it the morning aroma of sea side, chirping of birds and eye catching flora and fauna, the place offers blissful and serene surroundings & complete relaxation to the guests. The space The Billet’ is a one-bedroom apartment (740 Sq Feet) and includes a hall with kitchen and a separate bedroom with attached bathroom/Toilet. Both hall and the bedroom are equipped with separate Air-Conditioner (AC) for environment control. The hall is furnished as a sitting cum working area with high-speed Wi-Fi based internet connection. The adjoining open kitchen is equipped with adequate gadgets (two Induction Cookers, Toaster, Microwave Oven etc.) and utensils to make it fully functional. The bedroom is furnished with a double bed and has two wardrobes to accommodate guest’s belongings. The Ironing board and an Iron-Press are stacked within the cupboard. Entire accommodation is designed with an idea of giving guests opportunity to enjoy beautiful surroundings through large windows and two separate balconies. Located on second floor, the main balcony adjoining hall as well as bedroom has beautiful view of garden area as well as the swimming pool. This balcony has a jute swing and sitting arrangements for the guests to enjoy the view. The other balcony adjacent to the kitchen area is being utilized as service area and is equipped with an automatic washing machine. Please note that as per the house rules these two balconies are designated smoking area within the apartment. Guest access The guests have free access to the swimming pool (swimming costume mandatory) and the garden area. The apartment has open parking available for guests.
