Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay. It is in a great vacation community on the canal with easy access to the Portage River and Lake Erie. It's a great location for fisherman and boaters with quick lake access as well as close proximity to downtown Port Clinton, Put-In-Bay, Cedar Point and many other attractions. There's room to park your boat and trailer and private dock access. There’s a large deck and plenty of room in the backyard to enjoy, and free parking on site. This is a private home with two bedrooms. There are two full baths, one is a master bathroom. There is a king bed in the master and the queen bed in the guestroom. There’s also a rollaway bed for sleeping. There’s a full kitchen. You will have access to the full house, deck, and front and backyard. You may sit/fish on the docks, but you cannot dock your boat due to HOA regulations. We own the lot next to it as well. You will have access to half of the garage, which contains yard games, and other items. We are about 30 minutes away from the property and can answer questions as needed or provide help if something comes up.
