Close to mountains, beaches, hiking trails, lakes, & more. 15 minutes to Exeter, 30 minutes to North Hampton/Hampton Beach, 35 minutes to Southern Maine and Portsmouth, NH, 40 minutes to Manchester Boston Regional Airport, and 1 hour to Downtown Boston yet still tucked away in your own private retreat in the woods. The space One bedroom with a queen size bedroom. There is also an additional loft bedroom with a queen size bed. The couch does pull out to be used as a sleeper sofa. The apartment has one full bathroom. Recent upgrades include new luxury vinyl flooring throughout the downstairs, rugs in the living and bedroom areas, new hardware and lighting upgrades throughout the home. Guest access Guests have use of the entire apartment space, along with a fire pit dedicated to the apartment in the front yard. There is an outdoor are with a grill that guests are able to use. Guests are able to walk around the property, with access to SELT trails nearby less than 1 mile from the home. Other things to note To use the thermostat, hold your finger on the right side of the thermostat and slide it up or down to change the temperature. There is a WiFi porter on the entry table which allows guests to access the WiFi network. Instructions on how to use the porter are provided on the table as well. The fire pit is a pellet stove, which utilizes a specific type of pellets and provides a safe alternative to an open flame, reducing the risk of brush fires. You do not have to bring wood and are discouraged from doing so. Pellets and any necessary equipment are provided for guests to use for the fire pit pellet stove. To use the fire pit, add a small amount of pellets to the stove. Add lighter fluid and then use the provided lighter to ignite the pellets. Once the pellets are burning you can continue to add pellets to continue the fire. Do not add lighter fluid to the fire pit once you have ignited the pellets. The fire will extinguish once the pellets are burned completely. No need to turn off anything or try to extinguish the flames when you are done with the fire.
