The house is spread over three levels. The upper level, on Via Roma, features four double bedrooms, one with an extra bed and a shared bathroom, and one with a private bathroom and a small terrace with a panoramic view of the Rovito Valley. The fourth bedroom is located on the middle floor. All bedrooms feature new memory foam mattresses with varying levels of comfort. The space In addition to their own bedroom, guests have access to a spacious living room, a comfortable kitchen, and an outdoor area with a fully fenced garden where they can enjoy lunch and dinner, seasonally. The garden also features a large living area in the summer, a guest bathroom, and a walk-in laundry/ironing room.
