Outdoor heated pool is lovely (Jun-Sep). Walk to Ropewalk & Hooked restaurants. Non-smoking building & beach=KID-FRIENDLY! Must be 25+ to rent. The space DIRECT OCEANFRONT with southeastern-facing views from master bedroom and kitchen/living/dining room/enclosed porch. Heated outdoor pool (open during the warm season). Live your best life in this beautiful condo! Perfect for families. Master bedroom has queen luxury tempurpedic bed, kids' room has a full over full bunk bed, and living room sofa is a queen hide-a-bed. A closed balcony means safety for young children; only adults and older children can open the picture windows on the porch and the master bedroom. Central AC/heat is energy-efficient geothermal. Tile floors. Dining table seats six, puzzle/game table seats four. Smart tv lets you use your own subscriptions. One space in the Antigua parking lot comes with your mandatory $75 building registration fee, which must be paid upon arrival by all guests. Six guests maximum (including infants), non-negotiable (HOA requirement). Families only, must be at least 25 to rent, per local laws. FYI no icemaker, no garbage disposal. Pool opening is warm season only and depends on weather, usually through the end of September. 2 bedroom, 2 bath. Unfortunately, due to my severe allergies, we cannot have any animals in our condo, not even for a few minutes. Also no vaping or smoking. Thank you for understanding.
