Central duplex apartment with rooftop terrace

A large roof terrace invites you to switch off and relax. Here there is a fireplace and a swivel grill ❤️ 📷 During my opening hours, the store downstairs is in operation. You go through there to get to the apartment. Allergy sufferers note a dog also lives 🐶 here The space The listed residential & commercial building from 1900 is centrally located in the city center of Kleve. Access is via the store of my photo studio on the first floor, which is open during business hours Tue.- Fri. 9:30 am - 5:00 pm, Sat. 9:30 am - 3:00 pm. Arrivals outside the opening hours are also possible. The duplex apartment on the second and third floors is accessible via an antique wooden tower staircase. On the first floor there is a kitchen, bathroom with tub and shower, separate toilet, a studio/photo studio and access to the courtyard. The photo studio is also used as a yoga room. If necessary, I could set up a camp bed and a guest folding bed here. On the second floor is the light-flooded living & sleeping area with access to the spacious and quietly located roof terrace. Guest access For you, the entire living area in the house is over 2 floors. In the stairwell, there is a door to the store that we can make when you are there. You go through the store to get to the apartment. (Outside opening hours, please lock the door) During your stay If you can't reach me on my cell phone, I'll be happy to call you back as soon as I can. Other things to note If the weather is really bad, it could happen that I ask you if I can go to the studio/photo studio with customers, but really only in urgent cases such as a wedding. The roof terrace is not suitable for children due to the many levels. Your dog is allowed on the couch, but not in bed 🙈 If you leave the house, please lock it.
