The space It has 3 bedrooms, one with a double bed and the other two with 4 beds (2 of them pull-out beds). A spacious living room, with a sofa bed too, a kitchen with two refrigerators and a stove, and a bathroom. It has heating and hot water by diesel. The apartment has just been completely renovated. As it is a historic village building, it is located on the 3rd floor WITHOUT AN ELEVATOR. It is located on the most central street of the village, with free parking at the door, restaurants, supermarket, bars, ATMs, health center, pharmacy... A few meters away we can enjoy the spectacular Riaño reservoir, nestled between mountains known as "Los Fiordos Leoneses", with its famous Gilbo peak and from the window you can see the swing with the best views in Spain. Riaño is very close to beautiful villages such as Lois with its interesting Cathedral of the Mountain, Oseja de Sajambre, 30 minutes away, with impressive mountains and a swamp, Sabero and its valley, with its spectacular routes such as the mines and its interesting steel museum, Burón, Maraña, etc. Also nearby is the Cares route, Posada de Valdeon (40 min), Potes and the Fuente Dé Massif (60 min), Covadonga and the Beaches of Asturias. The Riaño Mountain has an incredible nature of green valleys and extensive well-preserved Cantabrian forests, with beech forests declared a World Heritage Site. In addition to its tranquility and authentic nature, you can enjoy multiple leisure plans. In Riaño there is a jetty where you can book boat trips to see the swamp, jet skis and pedal boats. There are also many companies that offer activities such as horseback riding in the area, guided hiking trails, rafting on the Esla River, canyoning, etc. On the other hand, it has a rich cuisine, especially for the most carnivorous, since the steaks of the area and the cachopos are exceptional.
