Eco-House with Private Front Yard

Our eco-friendly house is the top floor of a raised ranch duplex. Centrally located (East Hill) 2 bedroom, up to 6 guests. DM to arrange all 3 bd for extra fee. 2.5 miles to downtown or Cornell. Large shared driveway, your own private front yard with a fire pit, outdoor seating, a large round swing. Shared side & backyard with school bus rental that Hosts or guests stay in. We provide eco products & organic beds & linens, please leave your synthetic fragrances, including detergents, at home. The space Nice hard wood floors throughout, cast iron tub for a hot soak, beautiful yard in front with a privacy fence and fire pit, as well as a very large nature filled yard out back shared with our downstairs neighbors as well as Joy Bus rentals (if you wish to rent out the converted school bus as well, please dm us) Guest access You have access to the 2.5 acre property, it's a duplex and your house portion is fully private top floor with a private front yard, exclusive for this listing. Backyard and driveway is shared. We have a converted school bus that we rent out or stay in as Hosts on the property. DM to rent both or for any requests. The 2.25 acres in the backyard is shared. This listing is for the beautiful sunny top floor of a duplex. It is a 3 bedroom but we only rent out 2 of the rooms unless you DM to request the 3rd bedroom. We are very accommodating to any of your needs so please reach out with any questions before or after booking. We are very eco minded and friendly, to ensure an accommodation for those sensitive to chemical fragrances we ask that you leave your synthetic fragrances and products at home. We stock our home with soaps, shampoo, conditioner and detergent for you to use. We use cast iron skillets and have instructions on how to clean if you use. Or you're welcome to use the stainless steel pots and pans instead. Dishwasher and washer and dryer available. This is our family home, fully stocked, and we have a young child, so toys are here. A dog door goes out to the private fully fenced in front yard, for you to bring your beloved 4 legged family members. We have a large fridge with both private (our personal things) and shared shelves you're welcome to use the condiments etc, no need to replace. There's also lots of space for your food. We have a swimming pool in the shared backyard. It is not chlorinated. We use copper ionization to keep it sanitary but pine needles fall in from our large beautiful trees out back, so the floor of the pool can be tawny colored. the water is clear.
