Built of Volvic stone, our Auvergnate house is located in the heart of a small village overlooking Château de la Roche and Château de Varennes. In our enclosed and secluded garden (very convenient with children), guests can relax by the pool from the end of July. Many activities nearby: Volcanoes (Puy de Dôme and Puy Pariou 30 min drive) or Clermont-Ferrand, Gour de Tazenat (swimming, canoeing) and the town of Riom. The space The house consists of an equipped kitchen, a veranda including the dining room overlooking the garden, a living room with sofa bed, a 1st bedroom with an office area, a mezzanine (2nd bedroom) that can accommodate 4 children, and a bathroom with toilet. The enclosed and secluded garden with swimming pool with an area of about 250 m2 and its shelter for your shaded meals. Accommodation available at the end of July. On the ground floor, the fully equipped kitchen, with the living room and its sofa bed for 2 people and the new veranda overlooking the garden. On the 1st floor, you will find a large bedroom with an office area as well as the bathroom and toilet. On the 2nd floor is the kids' area that can accommodate 4 children. In the garden, you can enjoy convivial meals under the shelter with its summer kitchen and a swimming pool to relax. 400 m from the house, hiking trails overlooking the Auvergne volcanoes, a city stadium and children's games. Guest access Direct access to A71 motorway (6 min) from Péage de Riom - Exit N°13 Directly from the house, you can hike or bike along the different paths while admiring the sublime view of the chain of Auvergne volcanoes. Also, you can enjoy many activities nearby: 30 minutes from Vulcania, the Volcanoes (Puy Pariou, Puy de Dôme, Lemptégy) or Clermont-Ferrand, 25 minutes from the Gour de Tazenat (swimming, canoeing) and 8 minutes from the charming town of Riom.
