Enjoy lovely waterfront cottage on St Lawrence River. Property fronts the river and is flanked by a secondary rental cottage. Located 7 minutes from the Canada bridge and grocery shopping. Great for family gatherings as adjacent unit can be co-rented, providing opportunity to create memorable times with loved ones. Docking available for fishing and boating. Firepit for evening enjoyment. Relax and enjoy the abundant resident water fowl and spectacular sunsets. I am unable to accommodate pets. The space The cottage features a seasonal porch with full length windows from which to enjoy the river and spectacular sunsets. The interior has an open kitchen and living room area. The kitchen is fully furnished with all the dishes, cookware and appliances you will need to cook or bake during your stay. The living room has a full-size sofa with two reclining seats, a reclining chair and a glider rocker . A TV with Roku and internet service is provided. There are two bedrooms, both with queen size beds. A fire pit is available for evening enjoyment, the wood is not provided. An outside grill is provided for your use. Guest access Guests have access to a common beach area from which kayaks or canoes can be launched. There is a cement boat launch but it is dependent upon water levels which fluctuate. Docks are also provided but once again are water level dependent. Water levels are always higher in the spring and summer and drop in late summer and fall. Parking is provided in the rear and is shared with the adjacent cottage. Other things to note Fire pit will not be in place until June.
