Ascend upstairs to find 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. For added comfort, opt to heat the pool/hot tub for a nominal fee. Your serene oasis awaits. The space The lower level boasts a seamless flow between living, dining, and kitchen spaces. To the left upon entering, the guest suite awaits with a bedroom, full bathroom, kitchenette, and cozy living area. Upstairs, the master bedroom features an en-suite bathroom, accompanied by two more bedrooms and another full bathroom. The backyard oasis showcases a splendid pool, spa, and inviting gazebo—perfect for family gatherings. Enhance your experience with a heated pool/spa option for an additional fee. Guest access Enjoy full access to the entire house, a two-car garage, and the inviting backyard with a pool and hot tub. Request a soothing hot tub temperature of 100°F for an extra $50 per night (up to 5 consecutive hours). Opt for pool warmth at 90°F for $350 first night, $150 for each additional consecutive night. Please request pool/hot tub heating 24 hours in advance. Hot tub heats in about an hour, pool in around 24 hours. Your comfort, our priority. Other things to note • On demand, the hot tub can be heated to 100°F for $50 per night (for up to 5 consecutive hrs), and the pool to 90°F for $350 first night, $150 per each additional consecutive night. Requests and approvals needed 24 hours prior. Hot tub takes around an hour to heat; the pool, about 24 hours. • Pool maintenance occurs Mon & Fri; pool company needs access to the backyard. Side gate must be unlocked for their access. For the upper bunk bed, it's recommended for use by individuals weighing less than 175 pounds, ideally children or lighter adults. If you exceed this weight limit and still wish to use the top bunk, you have the option to place the mattress on the floor or utilize the provided air mattress for a comfortable stay. One of the pool lights in the Spa light are currently not operating. The Pool Service company has ordered new light bulbs which we expect to have replaced by May 15 2026.
