Comfortable and quiet guest suite with a private entrance right in the heart of Anchorage! A short walk downtown. Restaurants, bars, parks, and trails at your doorstep. A perfect location! Downtown and the surrounding area has 95% of what visitors want to do and see while visiting Anchorage. If you're outside of the downtown area, public transportation can be challenging. Taxis, Uber, etc. can be expensive. Parking downtown can be hard to come by and expensive. SO! Stay downtown! The space Fits two comfortably, and up to four with use of the full sized sofa bed. The stylish suite includes a very cozy queen bed with down pillows, a couch/sofa bed, and a small kitchenette and breakfast table for two. There is a large bathroom with two sinks and a dual-headed shower, and a large walk-in closet. The unit has a Kuerig (with coffee pods provided!), tea, electric kettle, microwave, toaster, small fridge, and cold filtered water. Complimentary sparkling water and snacks. Plates, bowls, silverware, mugs, etc. are provided, but please note there is no stove or oven. Guest access Guests have access to our private yard which includes a deck and fenced-in lawn area with a table and chairs to enjoy meals outside or just relax in the sun. Ample street parking is available for free. Other things to note For those with cat allergies - we have a very cute and fluffy cat named Bagel in our part of the house. He is not allowed in the Airbnb, but we wanted to give a heads up to those with severe allergies. Let us know if you have any questions or requests.
