Detached efficiency apartment with private entrance and covered parking. Apartment has one queen size bed in the bedroom and a full size hide-a-bed in the living room. Located in a quiet neighborhood minutes away from Sea World San Antonio and Six Flags with easy access to downtown San Antonio, Kerrville, and the scenic Texas Hill Country. A variety of restaurants, shopping centers, movie theaters, and medical facilities in close proximity. The space Apartment has a large bedroom, a large walk-in closet, a bathroom with shower, a full kitchen with gas stove top and oven, a microwave, toaster, Kuerig coffee maker, dish washer, full size refrigerator, a garbage disposal, and a combination dining room, living room w/a full size hide-a-bed couch. There is also a washer and dryer. Apartment comes furnished with extra bed linens, pillows, a Pack and Play for infants, a single size air mattress, towels and washcloths, dishes, pots and pans, cooking utensils, flatware, general spices, and cooking oils. TV has AT&T cable, a VCR/DVD combination player, an assortment of VHS and DVD format movies, and additional HDMI access ports. Wi-Fi is available throughout the apartment. Guest access The entire apartment including the laundry (laundry detergent and softener is provided) is available for your use and you won’t be sharing your space or furnishings with anyone. There is also a large enclosed back porch that is currently a work in progress but will soon have a desk and chair for office work, morning coffee overlooking the Koi pond, or maybe a small playroom for small children in case of inclement weather. All of this is for your private use. There is also a covered patio attached to the main house and a fenced backyard that you are welcome to share with the host.
