Other things to note HOUSEKEEPING: There is no daily housekeeping provided. The place will be cleaned thoroughly before your arrival. Clean sheets and towels will be provided in the unit. If your stay is longer than 5 days, you can request a mid-stay cleaning service for an additional fee. TRASH DISPOSAL: Place trash in the trash can (located up the stairs) daily to keep a clean home. Other things to note: Please note that the property uses a solar-powered water heater, so hot water availability may vary depending on weather conditions such as rain or extended cloud cover. This is outside of our control. Power outages can occasionally occur due to local grid or weather conditions. Although the property is equipped with a generator, it may take some time for staff to reach the area and safely turn it on. Immediate power restoration cannot always be guaranteed. We provide detailed check-in instructions and a contact number in advance and ask that all guests review them prior to arrival. Guests arriving after 10pm are required to notify us ahead of time so we can be available to assist if needed. Without prior notice, response times may be delayed, especially during late-night hours. Any concerns should be communicated while you are still at the property so we have the opportunity to help. Issues reported only after departure cannot be addressed. This rental agreement is for the exclusive use of the unit by guests, and the unit may not be sublet or assigned to any other third party without the approval of the host.
