Coral’s Cave is a true beachfront apartment located directly at sea level, approximately 50 feet from the water. There is no street between you and the beach, no drive required, and no long path to reach the shore. Walk out the front door and you are immediately surrounded by sand, ocean air, and the sound of the waves. This is an oceanfront apartment, not simply an apartment with an ocean view. Other things to note This is a true beachfront property. Because the apartment is located directly at sea level and extremely close to the shoreline, guests should expect to encounter sand around the entrance and outdoor areas. This is an inherent part of staying directly on the beach. Weather and ocean conditions can also affect beach access and water conditions. The ocean is a natural environment, and conditions can change from day to day. The apartment also has lower-than-average ceilings, which taller guests should consider before booking. Please note that the property uses a solar-powered water heater, so hot water availability may vary depending on weather conditions such as rain or extended cloud cover. This is outside of our control. We provide detailed check-in instructions in advance and ask that all guests review them prior to arrival. Guests arriving after 10pm are required to notify us ahead of time so we can be available to assist if needed. Without prior notice, response times may be delayed, especially during late-night hours. Any concerns should be communicated while you are still at the property so we have the opportunity to help. Issues reported only after departure cannot be addressed. This rental agreement is for the exclusive use of the unit by guests, and the unit may not be sublet or assigned to any other third party without the approval of the host.
