Guest access Guests have access to their unit, the courtyard, fitness center, and lounge area. Other things to note The property is accessible with a keyfob. Please do not lose the keyfob or you will be locked out. If you lose the key or keyfob you will be charged a $500 replacement fee. Our guests cannot receive mail here. Our guests are only authorized to park on the street.
