Big fenced in backyard. Plenty of driveway and street parking. Guest access Guests will have access to entire space except for outdoor shed. Other things to note This is an older bungalow style with original walls and floors and older kitchen cabinets and countertops. The back door, in the kitchen, has a window to view out. There is a chain lock in addition to the auto Kwicklock system with your unique never used pin. Occasionally, you may hear roosters from the neighbors yard. The driveway is rather steep for low cars so please drive up and down at an angle. The AC unit was replaced in 2025. Midterm and long term stays rental only. Note: toilet paper,paper towel, some laundry detergent and Dish soap and DW tablets are initially offered but not replaced for these stays. Publix and Dollar tree is less than 2 miles.
