Take a five minute walk to experience the tranquility of our little "private" lake where you can row, row a boat around. Our House is perfect for the independent traveler. This room is decorated with artwork by legendary Alaskan artist, Jon Van Zyle, whose paintings capture unique Alaskan experiences. Glimpse the workings of 4 time Iditarod Champion Martin Buser’s Happy Trails Kennel Operation. House Amenities: Large deck, grill available, Common living room with DVD/TV, Fire pit, High speed internet access Visitors enjoy: King and twin bed Private bathroom Walking trails with canoeing on a nearby lake Guided visit with friendly Iditarod veteran sled dogs and puppies Kennel tours available in summer at 10:00 & 2:00 daily, additional fee involved. Dog sled rides in winter can be arranged through the kennel The 149.00 rate is per room - double occupancy. Guest access Guests have access to walking trails, outdoor barbque, lake nearby. During your stay We are usually around the kennel area and have tours most days in the summer. We look forward to meeting you!
