A warm family home with your own bedroom complete with a comfortable double bed, drawers, wardrobe, rubbish bin, fridge, kettle and complimentary tea, coffee and milo. The bathroom has a separate toilet (thats shared with one boarder). A short walk to the main city centre and the bus route into town. We have 2 friendly dogs so must like dogs! The space My house is spacious with an electric L couch complete with a port for charging electronics, free Netflix and Prime on the 55 inch TV. Bedroom has a comfortable double bed complimentary electric blanket and excellent black out blinds. Guest access All the house is free access apart from private rooms During your stay I am easy going - you will be given my number prior to check in to contact me otherwise if I'm home, I'm more than happy to help :) Other things to note Thiis room is a part of my home - we have 2 large friendly dogs that live here. If you aren't a dog lover this place wouldn't suit you :)
