The address is located near to shopping center, town center, restaurants & tourist spots. This is one of 3 houses/rooms that is being rented. The space The Space - Can accommodate maximum 5 guests - Lawn / Garden - Grilling Station (to be added soon) - Parking Slot (2-3 cars) - Gated House Terrace - Billiard (Pulled out as of Mar 2, 2026) - Board Games - Cooking Station - Dining Station - Electric Stove - Pots & Pan - Basic Cooking Utensils - Mugs - Electric Kettle - Rice Cooker Bedroom / Living Space - King size Bed - Double size Bed - 2 Double Floor Mattress (Extra Guest) - Air-condition - Vanity Area - Sofa - Center Table - Television - Mini Refrigerator - Water Dispenser Bathroom - Water Heater - Towels, Tissues - Shampoo, Body Wash, Hand Wash Guest access Our guest will have access with their own private gate / entrance, large front garden and an open layout (1) Room (located at the ground floor only) with own 1 Bathroom , Kitchen, Veranda, Living Area / Bedroom Area ; 2 Beds (1 Double & 1 King -bigger) & 2 extra double floor mattress. Note that the property is private, only our guest has access to the property plus our caretaker who is overseeing the property. Guest Access: - Roof Deck / Events Place additional P2,000 (still under construction) - All access except with Off Limits signage Netflix & YouTube available, No local channels **For Netflix, this is being shared with our other guests. In case for interruptions, you can log in your personal netflix account. Please make sure to sign out upon check-out. FAQS: 1. Are we the only guests staying in the property? - NO / DEPENDS, Inside Casa Selena we have the following listings (1) Front Guest House (2) Cabin House & (3) Main House. - Front Guest House & Cabin House (located at the back of the front guest house) shared the same private gate and parking space. Caretaker will assign the parking space arrangement depending on your booking. - Main House has it's own private gate and parking space. If you want to be only guests in the property, you can book both listings (1) Front Guest House & (2) Cabin House, let us know so we can share with you the link for both properties. 2. Can we go out anytime? - YES, just message our caretaker, Kuya Jun, he is happy to assist you anytime. 3. Is the location safe? - YES 4. Can the CABIN HOUSE guest use the front garden of FRONT GUEST HOUSE? - NO, guests staying at the CABIN HOUSE must only stay and use the CABIN HOUSE SPACE. CABIN HOUSE guests can only access front garden for use of parking - in & out, other than the use of parking, CABIN HOUSE guests must only stay at the CABIN HOUSE. Other things to note 1. Only declared guests are allowed to access the property. 2. Strictly NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the house at ALL times. Can smoke outdoor. Kindly throw cigarette butts in the proper space. 3. Handle our towels & linen with care. Any stains is equivalent to a fine amounting to minimum P 1,000 per item. 4. Don't throw tissues in the bowl. 5. Negotiation for early check-in & late check out for approval on the day of check-in date. 6. Minimize sound from 10PM onwards to prevent disturbance to our resting neighbors. 7. Our caretaker will be at the property. For any "Pabili" or assistance to buy it will depend on his availability and would highly appreciate to give him a tip as this service is not covered by our caretaker. 8.
