In the evening you can only hear a few owls, in the morning birdsong. Originally, it was a half-collapsed natural stone house (rustico). With a lot of imagination, work and patience, a small paradise was created. It is a special property, which is equipped with a lot of sense of aesthetics and attention to detail. To get into the house you have to walk about 200 m on an antique mule path through the olive terraces. It is a beautiful path that runs on one level, but only for those with a surefootedness. Along here you also have to carry your luggage, rolling suitcases are not recommended. The house has two floors, on the ground floor there is a bedroom with a double bed and a small adjoining toilet as well as a kitchen. Here you will find all the amenities of modern life such as a refrigerator, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven and a wood stove. Up to 6 people can sit at the large dining table. On the second level there is a second bedroom with two single beds as well as a light-flooded shower room. Here you will also find a washing machine. The outdoor area consists of a natural stone paved terrace where you can enjoy the cozy summer evenings with a glass of wine, comfortably barbecue with your family or friends or even sunbathe. The house is surrounded by meadows, olive terraces and gardens with open views of the wide valley. The site is not fenced and partially terraced. Since the dry walls are partly over 2 m high and unsecured, we do not consider the property suitable for families with children under 6 years of age. In the garden, not far from the house, there is a mini pool, about 90 cm deep. It is not enough for swimming, but for cooling off or watching the sunsets with a glass of Prosecco in your hand: ideal.
