Originally, it was a half-carved natural stone house (Rustico). With a lot of imagination, work, and patience, a little paradise was created. The space Ne Barche is a detached artist house in the middle of the countryside. It is about 200 m to the village of Prelá Castello and there is no neighbor in the immediate vicinity, so you can enjoy absolute tranquility. In the evening, you can only hear a few owls or cheese here, birds chirping in the morning. Originally, it was a half-carved natural stone house (Rustico). With a lot of imagination, work, and patience, a little paradise was created. It is a special property, which is equipped with a lot of sense for aesthetics and attention to detail. To get into the house you have to walk about 200 m on an antique mule path through the olive terraces. It is a beautiful path that runs on one level but only for the step-safe. Along this, you also have to carry your luggage, wheeled suitcases are not recommended. The house has two floors, on the ground floor there is one bedroom with one double bed and a small adjoining toilet and kitchen. Here you will find all the amenities of modern life such as fridge, dishwasher, gas stove with electric oven and a wood stove. The large dining table can accommodate up to 6 people. On the second level there is a second bedroom with two single beds as well as a light-filled shower room. Here you will also find a washing machine. The outdoor area consists of a natural stone paved terrace where you can enjoy the cozy summer evenings with a glass of wine, barbecue comfortably with your family or friends or even sunbathe. The house is surrounded by meadows, olive terraces and gardens with open views of the vast valley. The grounds have no fence and partially patched around. Since the dry walls are partly over 2 m high and unsecured, we do not consider the property suitable for families with children under 6 years old. In the garden, not far from the house, there is a mini pool, about 90 cm deep. It is not enough for swimming, but for cooling off or watching the sunsets with a glass of prosecco in hand: ideal.
