For stays longer than 16 days, gas, electricity and water will be charged based on consumption (gas 9 euro per m3, electricity 0,50 euro per kWh and water 7 euro per m3), and a security deposit of €250 will be required. Arriving or departing outside the standard check-in and check-out times is possible for an additional fee. This must be arranged in advance with the local host. Please note: For all bookings made after March 14, 2024, for stays on or after that date, a tourist tax from the municipality of Portimão applies for a maximum of 7 nights per person. The tax is €1 per person per night for stays between November 1 and March 31, and €2 per person per night for stays between April 1 and October 31. This tax applies to guests aged 13 and older.
