The space This traditional 3-storey Georgian townhouse sleeps up to eight guests across four comfortable double bedrooms. Complimentary hand and bath towels are also provided for each guest, and some of the bedrooms have desk spaces for guests to enjoy work and leisure. The large bathroom is equipped with a bath and overhead shower, making it perfect for relaxing. The plush sofa, armchair, and fireplace in the living area give a cosy feel and provide the perfect setting for using your favourite streaming platforms on the smart TV. The modern style kitchen has a breakfast bar, giving it a more social feel. The kitchen is well equipped with utensils, crockery, a kettle, toaster, microwave, and basic pantry items such as oil, salt, and pepper. Additional kitchen amenities include an oven, hob, refrigerator, freezer, and washing machine. This house also has a small yard area to the rear. Upon check-in, our guests are provided with washing pods, dishwasher tablets and products to wash up with. These provisions allow you to make full use of the amenities! Situated close to Whitehaven’s town centre and historic harbour, this house is an ideal location for those looking to enjoy the offerings of Whitehaven and Cumbria. Whitehaven has several local pubs and restaurants around the town centre and harbour. Whitehaven is approximately 27 miles from Keswick in the Northwest Lake District and 48 miles from Windermere and the South Lake District, making it a great base for exploring the beautiful Lake District. Although this property is ideal for holidaymakers, it would also suit those in the area for work, with local transport links to West Cumberland Hospital, Sellafield, and Westlakes Science Park. Unfortunately, this house does not have a private parking area. However, there are several pay-and-display car parks nearby, including one opposite the property. There are also several local disc zones; more information on disc zones can also be provided by your hosts. Whitehaven also has accessible public transport links, with trains running from Carlisle to Barrow-in-Furness and local bus services running to other local towns. Other things to note Please note that an offline security deposit of £150 is charged separately in the form of a pre-authorisation charge.
