Welcome to my cozy mountain cottage, where you can immerse yourself in the beauty and tranquility of the Alpe Cimbra. It has everything you need to spend a pleasant stay. A room with a double bed and a bunk bed. A bathroom with a shower and washing machine. A living room with a fully renovated kitchen and a comfortable corner sofa. A large atrium with mountain views. Located 400 meters from the center of Folgaria and 2 km from the ski area. The space The house is centrally located, just a 400-meter walk from the center of the village of Folgaria. The entrance to the apartment has a large atrium closed on the sides with doors, in order to avoid drafts and provide shelter from the cold, especially during the winter period. During the summer, the same atrium is very cool for the same reason. At the entrance of the apartment there is a small corridor with a shoe rack, from which you can access the living room/kitchen, bathroom and bedroom. The kitchenette has been completely renovated and has an induction hob with 4 stoves, a new counter, a coffee pod machine and a stainless steel sink. In the center of the room there is a round table, a cabinet containing new pots suitable for the hob, cutlery, plates, glasses and everything you need to be able to have lunch and dinner. A comfortable corner sofa and a new pellet stove. Bathroom: it is equipped with a sink, a spacious shower cubicle and a locker containing all the essentials for the stay. You will find clean towels, soap and toilet paper at your disposal. The cabinet is also equipped with other essential items such as a hairdryer and first aid kit in case you need it. You can enjoy a clean and comfortable environment for your relaxation and personal care. Bedroom: spacious and cozy, equipped with two closets to comfortably store clothes and personal belongings during your stay. You will find both a bunk bed and a double bed, offering flexibility in accommodation options. The beds are equipped with clean and comfortable linen. The room is functionally furnished and offers a quiet and relaxing environment to recharge your batteries after a day of exploration or activity. Guest access Guests are free to use all the space available in the house, both inside and in the outdoor atrium, and take advantage of the comfortable deckchairs to relax and enjoy the sun or the view.
