This newly renovated self contained apartment is located on a small private road opposite the local church with stunning views in this quiet Wiltshire village. It has its own private free parking space together with its own garden/patio area over looking the church. Explore the cities of Oxford and Bath or the nearby Cotswold villages. This is ideal cycling and walking country with the Ridgeway and the Uffington White Horse close by. A local pub is close by on foot. The space The newly renovated apartment with a lovely open plan, fully equipped, kitchen and a further living/dining area, offers a spacious and usable area for all guest's. The double bedroom provides plenty of wardrobe space and natural light. A hairdryer and iron + ironing board is provided. The bathroom located off the bedroom has full facilities including a shower over the bath. Guest access Full access to the whole apartment and the private patio/garden area of the apartment. Other things to note The accommodation is not suitable for children under 16 years but consideration given to single "babes in arms" if parents have travel cot etc. We have a "No Pets" rule (not because we don't like animals, its just we have a small dog and two cats of our own) There is parking available for one vehicle only during guest stay. If a further vehicle is required to be parked then advanced notice must be given to the hosts, who will try to accommodate or vehicle can be parked in the village nearby. Each guest booking will receive a complimentary welcome pack consisting of a small loaf of bread, fresh milk, our own chickens eggs (when available), orange juice, cereal and a choices of tea, coffee and hot chocolate. Towels will be provided. Just for your info, to lock the entrance door, before turning the key to lock you need to push the handle fully upwards then it will allow you to turn key and lock.
