The space This lovely 60’s ranch home is set far back from the road under the trees offering quiet privacy. Relax on the small deck under the canopy of a large pine. The home has an open floor plan with connected living and kitchen area. Smart TV with streaming services (NO cable). Two bedrooms offering one queen and one full sized bed. New on Airbnb in August 2018. Remodeled and updated in early 2019. New granite countertops, gas fireplace, kitchen cabinets, appliances and refinished hardwood floors. Fresh and ready for your Acadian vacation. This home is available for booking in all seasons! Guest access Guests have use of the entire home. Guests can store bicycles, kayaks or similar items in a designated portion of garage. Other things to note I am a dog owner, love animals and my properties are pet friendly. That said, pets are welcome only within reason to maintain top quality accommodations. Please let us know your pets name(s), age(s) and any information that you feel that we should know in comments when making the reservation. All guests with pets are expected to demonstrate complete responsibility by monitoring and thoroughly cleaning up after pets both inside AND outside of the home. We strongly recommend crating pets if left unattended in the home. Any pet damage or excess cleaning required will be directly billed at the rate of $35 per hour after checkout or charged against security deposit. Normal cleaning fees are included in the nightly rates. Due to the extra detail normally required after pet stays, there is a nominal $35 fee which is allotted for an extra hour of cleaning.
