Lena Lillstuga

In Lenas Lillstuga, you have a view of the lake and meadow. This guest house was originally an outbuilding on the cottage it is located on but was converted in 2022 into a guest house with saved details from the old one. Among other things, the ceiling beams and the old wooden floor remain. There are chickens, roosters, ducks, cats and bees. 15-minute drive to Vänersborg city center and proximity to several different swimming areas. 25 minutes to Uddevalla/Trollhättan. Suitable for 1-2 people who want to enjoy country life close to the city! The space Lillstugan is located in our garden. There is a small kitchenette in the Little Cottage with basic cooking equipment, 1 double bed and a toilet with shower. On the front, there is outdoor furniture and a barbecue (bring charcoal and lighter fluid if you want to barbecue) Guest access As a guest, you are welcome to share our garden with us. Feel free to use lawns to play games, sunbathe, enjoy and just be. The garden is under construction and if you are interested in the plants, you are welcome to talk to Jonas, who is the gardener, about these. Other things to note The toilet in Lillstugan is a combustion toilet and there are clear instructions on how to use it. It is important that these instructions are followed for the toilet to work. There is no public transport, but you need to have your own transportation here. The nearest store is about 11 km (20 minutes) away, in Vänersborg. There are roosters in the chicken coop on the plot, they crow in the mornings and sometimes we also have our ducks walking freely on the plot. We also have beehives in the garden. There is a gate that is sometimes closed (never locked) to keep our grandchildren and animals in and to keep wild animals out. If the gate is closed, please close it after you, if it is open, it can be left open.
