We offer the highest speed internet (Xfinity) for working from home travelers. A covered front porch with the cool breeze from the beach. You can nap here in the afternoon too. 4 side decks around the house. The house has 2 enclosed bedrooms, Front bedroom has 1 King bed, Master bedroom has 1 Queen bed, and 2 bunk beds at the living room with 3 Twin and 1 Queen/Full We can only accommodate 5-6 adults (without kids) or 4-5 adults with up to 4 kids (less than 12 years old) We have Reverse WATER FILTER system at home, for drinking and cooking. One less thing to bring on your trip!!! There're curtain and glass doors with locks to close off the bedrooms as needed. We love our kids and your kids; to avoid transmitting disease and allergies, please NO PETS of any kind ALLOWED. Not even Emotional or Physical support Pets. Violation will be charge $500 for deep cleaning the house!!! NO SMOKING/VAPING inside the home or near outdoor furnitures/ balcony all sides. NO SHOES inside the home please (we loves crawling babies) The Stove can’t be opened. Some guests did the child lock and it won’t open and we have handy man came over he couldn’t fix it either. We have air fryer and electric grill in some of the drawers so you can bake and grill. Guest access You can get anywhere you want, but not the wall closet near the backdoor, we store cleaning material and supplies for the cleaning company.
