This cute area is perfect for enjoying an outdoor drink, shopping the trendy stores, and getting a great bite to eat. After a day of exploring, come home to Nerano for absolute indulgence. Spanning 80 square meters, Nerano is designed to provide a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The apartment features two tastefully decorated bedrooms, both equipped with queen-size beds to ensure a restful night's sleep. One of the bedrooms also includes a dedicated workstation, providing a convenient space for work or study during your stay. The one bathroom is chic and functional in design and provides the perfect place to get ready for your day. The heart of Nerano is the spacious living room, where you can unwind and enjoy quality time with family and friends. This space is decorated in true beach style, with its sandy neutral color scheme and woven light wood chairs. Relax in the comfortable seating area while watching your favorite movies or shows on the entertainment system. The dining table offers a cozy spot for meals, and the large windows flood the room with natural light, creating a bright and welcoming ambiance. Step outside from the living room and discover the charming terrace. The terrace is a perfect spot to soak up the sun or enjoy al fresco dining. With its sitting area and outdoor dining table, you can savor your meals while taking in the refreshing breeze and delightful views of the surroundings. The fully furnished kitchen is equipped with modern appliances and offers everything you need to prepare your favorite dishes. Adjacent to the kitchen, you'll find a dedicated workstation, providing a comfortable space to catch up on emails or work on any tasks that require your attention. To ensure your comfort during your stay, Nerano is equipped with air conditioning, allowing you to adjust the temperature to your preference and enjoy a pleasant indoor environment. Fully furnished, this apartment comes with everything you need, including bedding and linens. *This apartment comes equipped with a ducted air system for absolute comfort. *We welcome pets, fees are subject to apply. Guests will be informed of any additional charges in the final contract. *We cannot be held liable for any noises (construction, or street noise) done outside the apartment. We also cannot be liable for any rooms without air conditioning (all the rooms with air conditioner will be explicitly explained in our description). We will not accept any reservation cancellations or refund requests related to these two issues. *Our in-house design team expertly selects all apartment furniture and decor to ensure the highest level of quality and comfort. As part of consistent home upkeep, design improvements, and photo staging, there may be minor differences in furnishings seen in the photos and what you find in the apartment. Inquire with a sales agent for any questions or doubts. *This accommodation may only be used for stays longer than 31 nights for personal purposes such as holiday, recreational, or leisure. Ukio may request documentation proving your permanent residence and the reason for your stay in Catalonia, and may cancel the reservation if it does not meet the legal requirements. The information provided may be submitted to the relevant registry and/or administrative authority in accordance with Catalan regulations. Other things to note To comply with local regulations and ensure a smooth check-in process, all guests are required to provide a valid ID before their stay. This property requires a refundable security deposit. The amount will be requested separately at the moment of booking, as indicated during the booking process.
