Enjoy! The space The recently renovated house is the result of a combination of a modern and colorful style and traditional Sardinian antiques, which have been given new life and new functionality. There are 5 large bedrooms, 4 of which are double and 1 twin with two single beds. There are also 4 comfortable bathrooms complete with shower. Upstairs we find a bright open space living room with large windows and sea view, a comfortable fully equipped kitchen and a beautiful terrace with an outdoor relaxation area, a table for outdoor dining with a spectacular view of the Gulf. Bath towels, bed linen are included and have sanitation certification. Guest access Guests have exclusive access to the room, which has independent access without common areas with other units, for this reason they enjoy maximum privacy. Other things to note We kindly ask you to let us know at the time of booking your flight number and estimated time of arrival. Check-in time is between 4 pm and 8 pm, after 20:00 check-in is subject to availability and at an additional €25, after 22:00 €50. Upon arrival, guests' ID info will be sent to the Italian State Police and the lease agreement will be signed, these are two obligations under Italian law.
