I’m a businesswoman—empty nights are bad business—if your dates are open, all serious offers considered. The space The whole house and grounds are yours and yours only. There are four equally luxurious en suite bedrooms. The Fireplace Room has a queen bed, fireplace, enormous, custom-built wood closet, great views, and terrazzo bathroom; the Deck Room has a king bed and its own outdoor deck and great views; the View Room has a king bed, tons of storage, an amazing work area, and the best views in the house; The Pool Room has a queen, its own kitchen and bath, and a luxurious mix of city and garden views. There are comfy beds for eight adults, and children are welcome in multiples. There are air mattresses, couches, blankets, play structure, bamboo forest, and plenty else to explore. The pool has a motorized cover and is completely gated, as is the entire flat, grassy 20' x 60' garden. Guest access We are available 24/7 to help with any of your needs or concerns. We only strive to offer you a 5 star experience and always accessible. Other things to note Exterior security cameras and 2 Ring doorbells overlook the carport, front, back, and side yards for your safety. Absolutely no parties allowed without express written permission. There is a charge for all events beyond 8 guests, but they are allowed during certain hours. No glassware is allowed around the pool and spa areas. We provide plasticware that may be used outdoors to enjoy beverages poolside. Check-in time is from 3:00 PM- midnight. If available, you may check-in early. Check-out time is 10:30, but if available, you may extend the check-out time, depending on the arrival of the next guest.
