The fully equipped kitchenette allows you to prepare your own meals and snacks at your convenience. Stay connected with our high-speed Wi-Fi and adjust the temperature to your preference with both air conditioning and heating. Extra beds can be provided upon request for additional guests. Guest access As soon as you have checked in, the whole place along with all the facilities (mentioned below) belong to you. We will not enter the apartment without asking for your consent. We always hope to welcome our guests in person but in case we are unable to or our guests arrive late, this will not be an issue as we provide self check-in/out procedure and lockbox with code. A link to a detailed instruction will be sent to you day before your arrival. Other things to note The place itself is located within a well-managed and private building so there are not many things to you need to be aware of. Although smoking is not allowed, you can smoke outside in the balcony. That way the apartment won't smell of smoke for the next guests. Having been asked by many of our previous guests, we can help you arrange airport pickup/dropoff at additional cost; we use new, clean cars with experienced drivers to make sure of your safety. The driver knows the place already so you won't need to find the place yourself. But if you like to just to get a snapshot of what you're about to experience in Hanoi and a more budget-friendly option then taking the bus won't be such a bad idea.
