The Cardinal Cottage

3 Miles to Emory & Henry University, 1.5 miles from I-81, The Cardinal Cottage is centrally located to most SW VA and East TN happenings. Just minutes to Historical Abingdon, VA; 20 minutes to Historical Bristol VA-TN & the new Hard Rock Casino, Hiking & Biking are all nearby, 30 min to Bristol Motor Speedway! This is a 5 acre farm and the neighbor has horses, goats, sheep and chickens. The house is an updated 2 BR, 1 Bath 1940's cottage with new and antique furnishings. The space Our home features 2 bedrooms and 1 bath: 1 bedroom with a King size bed & 1 bedroom with a Queen size bed. A Kitchen ready for cooking with Keurig Coffee Maker, Microwave, other necessities. There are extra sheets, blankets & Pillows if needed, Nice soft towels. A 55" Smart TV, a few games and internet. For additional guests we could include a couple more for $10 each and utilize the Sofa bed, but we will need notice to provide additional sheets. We are located in a small rural neighborhood. One level living, easy access from the parking into the back entrance, except there are steps off the front porch. Guest access You will have access to the whole house and yard. It is a nice yard for walking your pets on a leash but there is NO yard fencing Other things to note This is a non-smoking unit. Instructions are on the board at the workstation. The internet access is in the app and the picture frame at the TV.
