Beautiful Oceanfront Apartment in Fajardo

Our apartment has one of the best views. Marina Lanais is next to famous "El Conquistador Resort" off of Fajardo Bay. The condo has: Kitchen with four burner cook top, microwave, sink, kitchen basics utensils. Livingroom with two sofa beds, dining room, bathroom and a balcony with breathtaking ocean views. Pool Laundry (Coin laundry room in basement near the parking entrance). Air conditioning Water heater The space Fajardo Bay has been remodeled to take advantage of the ocean views. You can appreciate the ocean views from the whole apartment. Guest access Our condo has elevators and garage parking. Elevators: The elevatores require a key to select a floor. This key will be given after check-in. A key is not needed if you are going to the parking garage level. Parking: There is plenty of parking on site, parking is first come first serve, with a parking carnet and is rarely full. Please note that in case of the prking garage being full condo rules state that preference will ve given to condo owners. In the event the parking garage is full you can park on the street in front of the condo for free.
