We do regular extermination to try to prevent bug problems but it's not a perfect solution. Please note that you may see bugs in the home. No refunds given if bugs are seen. The inventory price list is in place for any missing or damaged items that are not found after check out. Please let us be aware of any damages that occur during your visit. **The kitchen and bathroom surfaces in this space are professionally BLEACH CLEANED in between every visit. There are additional garbage bags in kitchen cabinets Guest access Guests can access full exterior of the property. Other things to note Early check-in is available upon request. Early check-in availability is determined on the day of arrival. Early check-in fee is $10 per hour up until the normal 4:30 pm check-in time.
