Please read below: LOCATION: Our Airbnb is in the central circle of the city, avoiding the crowded touristy areas. Experience Budapest like a wealthy local with the best coffee shops, bakeries, bars, and restaurants within arm's reach. Despite the peaceful location, major tourist attractions are easily accessible within 5-15 minutes due to the excellent location and traffic. Our Airbnb accommodation is on the upper ground floor, ensuring both convenient and safe access with just a few steps. Entering through a smart door, you'll find yourself in a shared hall area among three studios, perfect for securely storing luggage or accessing an iron and ironing board if needed. Retrieve your key from one of the lock boxes and enter your studio among the other two. All studios feature soundproof walls and a double-layered entrance door for a quiet environment. SIZE & COMFORT: For those who value a good night's sleep, explore tourist sites or party areas and return to your silent, compact studio apartment equipped with queen size Wellpur Gold+ memory beds. Nothing is more important on vacation than a restful sleep! Triple-glazed windows and soundproof walls enhance your convenience. Our studio apartment is fully equipped for a comfortable stay, whether you arrive with a spouse, friend, or alone. You'll have: 1 x Queen size (160 cm x 200 cm) bed with a memory mattress (Wellpur Gold+) CLEANING: We prioritize a clean living environment, using advanced cleaning gadgets such as an ozone generator and water vacuum on every occasion. PARKING: Enjoy free street parking on weekends! We offer various options, with the most preferred being an open-air secured parking just a 10-12 minute walk from our apartment or a 3-4 minute ride with an e-scooter. The cost is budget-friendly (approximately 7 Euros per calendar day). Alternatively, if you need covered space for your high-value vehicle, please contact us for further details. A secured, covered parking service is available in our neighborhood. It is ready to assist you to prepare a delicious lunch, dinner for 2 or just to organize a quick meal for yourself. TRANSFER Do you need a transfer from the airport? Please let us know in advance (including your arrival time & flight details) and we are at your service to organize a driver waiting for you with a sign at the airport for a fixed price. Return transfer is also possible. Just let us know in time. Please note: if you organize your own transfer please make sure to take registered taxis only as there are unregistered companies and freelancers targeting to cheat tourists. LUGGAGE STORAGE Does your flight leave only later during the day? If you need to store your luggage once you have checked out, we will do our best to offer you some extra hours without carrying your bags around the city. PARKING We have several options. The most preferred one is an open air, secured parking just 10-12min. walking distance from our apartment. Or, you can do it in approx. 3-4 min. with an e-scooter. Cost is very friendly (approx. 7 Euros per calendar day). Alternatively, if you need a covered space for you high value vehicle, please contact us for further details. Other things to note PETS We are really good friends of animals and nature. Unfortunately, this apartment is a no pet zone so that to ensure health safety also to our guests allergic on fur etc. If you are travelling with a service animal, please contact us prior to making a reservation so that we can find the best option for both of us. Thank you for your understanding. SMOKING Smoking is STIRCTLY not allowed in the apartment, only in front of the entrance! So, it is not allowed to smoke in the inner garden area either! NOISE Please note that our apartment is in a calm and silent neighborhood. We are the only Airbnb in the building! ANY KIND OF PARTY/EVENT OR LOUD ACTIVITY DISTURBING THE ATMOSPHERE IS PROHIBITED IN OUR APARTMENT AND IS NOT TOLERATED! OUR APARTMENT IS EQUIPPED WITH AN ACTIVE NOISE MONITOR TO AVOID ANY MISUNDERSTANDINGS! Thank you for your understanding. SECURITY The building is equipped with 24/7 actively recording security cameras. The entrance of the apartment and the common areas of the building are monitored (so, not inside the rented apartment itself). In case of studio apartments, the commonly shared hall area may also be recorded (so, not inside the studio apartment). By finalizing a reservation, guests irrevocably accept that a recording is made during their stay and stored in line with local regulations. REGISTRATION As of September 1, 2021, all guests IDs and data are required to be uploaded to a closed information database, called "VIZA", provided by the Hungarian Tourism Agency. This is a legal requirement with no exceptions. In case a guest refuses to provide or upload the required document and data, the individual must be refused the accomodation service by law.
