Share in our mountain getaway. Minutes from all things outdoors, DEER VALLEY and Soldier Hollow both only 15 min away. Enjoy this spacious 3 bedroom designed with family in mind. This is not a generic Airbnb, we actually live here part time and it is reflected in the details, even actual pictures of us on the walls and toys in the kids room. Jordanelle is 10 minutes away, Park City is 30. There is skiing, mountain biking, hiking, boating, golf, pick your favorite sport all within minutes. The space This end unit town house has two floors and a newly finished basement. The space is approx 2500 sq ft. On the main level you enter into a great room with kitchen, dinning and living room. There is a sliding glass door out the back to a very small cement pad with two chairs and access to the walking paths. On the way out to the two car garage that only fits one car because we do store a few small things in it you will find a powder room. Upstairs you will find 3 bedrooms. Spacious master with a king size bed, en suite and large walk in closet. Small loft space with a very comfortable chair to sit and read or enjoy the view of Heber valley, adjacent to the washer and dryer. The second bedroom has a beautiful canopy queen size bed and desk for working which make it a little tight but it has the best view in the house. The third room is suitable for 2 adults but really designed for children with a twin over full bunk bed with a trundle and a shelve full of toys, puzzles and books. Lastly there is a full bath with a small tub. The newly finished basement is a great place to send the kids with toys, 2 stand up arcades, life size connect 4, a big bean bag for jumping around and a 75” TV above the electric fireplace it can also serve as a second master with a queen size Murphy bed and 3/4 bath. Guest access The whole unit. Other things to note To keep the house in the best shape we require cleaning every 14 days, this is an additional cost to you. Extended stays will need to work with us to designate days during their stay that our cleaners have access. No parties are permitted nor guests above those listed on the reservation. We will charge you a per person fee for any infractions.
